Remember the Dell Aero smartphone headed to AT&T? The carrier announced it way back in March and there has been little information since then. The carrier may finally be getting to launch it, according to MobileCrunch.com. It reports that the Dell Aero will be released on August 9th.
The Dell Aero will be powered by Android 1.5 with a customized UI. It wil come with a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microSD card storage, and a 5MP camera with auto-focus and LED flash.
AT&T is expected to offer it for US$99.99 with a two-year contract and $299.99 without any contract.
