Research In Motion and AT&T will be holding a press event on August 3rd in New York. The invitation reveals little but speculation suggests that the BlackBerry Torch 9800 (assuming this is the official name) for RIM's first slider and first BlackBerry 6 device will be formally announced.
Earlier rumours suggested that AT&T will offer the BlackBerry Torch 9800 starting on August 15th.
